Withdrawal requests on 5777sx are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This includes JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
Most withdrawal requests to mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Processing times may be longer if your account is undergoing verification or if a withdrawal is flagged for a routine security review.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section at the time of your request. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. 5777sx reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at any time.
If you have accepted a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before any portion of your bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus conditions may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
5777sx reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where the player has not completed required KYC verification. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times in total qualifying games. All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Live casino results are determined in real time by physical game elements managed by trained dealers. 5777sx does not influence game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, 5777sx will use available system records to determine the outcome. Where a round was incomplete at the time of disconnection, the result will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical protocol. 5777sx is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including system errors, incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault, or where a sporting event is cancelled or postponed. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, are updated and settled in line with official match results. Football and esports markets are settled on the same basis. Settlement timelines may vary depending on the sport and the availability of official results. Any disputes regarding market settlement must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of settlement.
