The FAQ above covers the most common topics our players ask about — account setup, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonuses, live casino games, cricket betting, and the mobile app. But we understand that every situation is a little different, and sometimes a written answer does not quite cover what you need.
If your question is not answered here, the fastest way to get help is through our 24/7 live chat support. Our team is based around Pakistan time zones and can assist you in plain English. For account-related issues, it helps to have your registered mobile number and any relevant transaction reference numbers ready before starting the chat — it speeds things up considerably.
